Your 2026 gourmet travel experience is taking place in Piemonte, more precise in the Wine area of Barolo. Only San Sebastian area have a few more Michelin stars pr square meter.., than the Barolo area and we will travel in the season of the famous white truffle. On top of the amazing food experiences you will be spoiled with some of the best "The King of Wines - The Wine for Kings" - Barolo.

The white Truflle is a handkraft passed from father to son in generations. This mysterious "white gold" lives in symbiose with a few trees and bushes in Langhe and only here the terroir amkes the highest quality. The best examples goes for EUR 50 pr gram - so nobody wants to tell where they find the truffle - to keep the secret spot - the hunt is done in the black night. It grows on the roots of trees and hazzelnut bushes 10-30 cm below the surface. You can only find them with a skilled truffle hunter master and his Truffle dog.  On this trip you will be hunting Truffle in small groups each with a local truffle hunter and dog.

You will also find a long Chocolate history in the area.., the most commercial one you know - Ferrero - the father of Nutella - which is a marraige of the high quality hazzelnutz and a several centuries chocolate knowledges.

Piemonte  - feels like a place where develpments of time seems to disapear, the farmers at the here at foot af the Alps, sticks with learnings from generations making it a unspoiled authentic Italian experience.

The Barolo wine region is defined by 11 villages, positioned in rolling hills the wine fields paint a fanstic landscape of green, where each villages and Castles reach up towards the sky - an amazing sceneary - that once you have been there starts a love affair...

We will organize the best eating experiences, incl, Lunch at 1* Caiu de la Tornavento and it´s 8-10 Mill Eur value winebasement, a private dinner at 3* Michelin Al Doumo Restaruant, You will cruise the landscape on Vespa´s and have a night truffle hunt experiences. You stay a the 4* Villa Becaris.
